Responsible Gambling

Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. This page gives practical steps and Australian help services.

18+ only

You must be 18 or older. Never let a minor use your account or devices that are signed in.

Is it legal for me?

Rules about online casino services in Australia are strict and change over time. Check the current position with the ACMA before you register. This site is not legal advice.

Keep control

  • Set a budget and a time limit before you start.
  • Only play with money you can afford to lose.
  • Do not chase losses.
  • Take regular breaks and never gamble when upset or intoxicated.
  • Treat any bonus as optional and read its terms first.

Warning signs

Lying about gambling, borrowing to gamble, neglecting work or family, or feeling anxious when not playing are signs to seek help.
